The design and fabrication techniques used for the Fermilab’s Nb₃Sn Cos-theta High Field Dipole Models and their major components will be presented and illustrated by the results of coil winding, curing, measuring, reacting and impregnating. Results of the mechanical analysis and measurements on mechanical model will be also reported.
