Design and fabrication techniques for Fermilab Hybrid Common Coil will be presented. React and Wind technique for the inner Nb3Sn layer will be illustrated through all steps from cable reaction to coil winding and assembling. Status of the conductor development program for React and Wind and practice coil winding will be presented. Different designs for the outer NbTi layer will be shown and compared.
